Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all entrants participating in the "Kayuhan Basikal Cegah Jenayah Rancangan Integrasi Murid Untuk Perpaduan Peringkat Daerah Pasir Gudang 2014" organized by "Unit Pembangunan Kemanusiaan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Gudang". Completion of an entry form by every participant acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant.
1. All participants take part at their own risk.
2. All fields in the registration form are compulsory and MUST be filled in. Registration will only be valid after registration form is processed and confirmed by the organizer.
3. You will be responsible for providing your own personal equipment. "Unit Pembangunan Kemanusiaan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Gudang" is unable to accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings, however arising, during the event.
4. "Unit Pembangunan Kemanusiaan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Gudang" reserves the right to shorten or alter the published route at any time.
5. "Unit Pembangunan Kemanusiaan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Gudang" will not accept liability relating to costs incurred by individuals if the event is cancelled for any reason outside its control including any incidental expenses such as local accommodation.
6. "Unit Pembangunan Kemanusiaan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Gudang" reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
I have read and hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the event. I am entering the event at my own risk and shall not hold the organiser and sponsors responsible for any loss, injuries, invalidity or death arising which may be caused by any act or failure to act the organiser arising directly/indirectly during the course of this event.
